Berita Liga Spanyol – Presiden River Plate Rodolfo D’Onofrio membantah kabar yang diungkapkan media Spanyol bahwa pihaknya telah sepakat dengan Real Madrid untuk melepas Exequiel Palacios.

</p> <p>Media Spanyol Marca dan Diario AS hari Kamis memang melaporkan bahwa Los Blancos telah bersedia membayar klausul pelepasan 20 juta euro pemain tengah itu. Palacios bahkan diberitakan akan menandatangani kontrak yang akan mengikatnya lima setengah tahun di klub Ibu Kota Spanyol itu.</p> <p>Artinya, Palacios akan resmi berkostum <em>Los Merengues </em>pada Januari mendatang. Namun kabar ini dibantah oleh D’Onofrio. Menurutnya, antara River Plate dan Real Madrid belum menemui kata sepakat soal pembelian Palacios.</p> <p>“Dia belum dijual namun memang betul Real Madrid tertarik menggaet Palacios,” ujar D’Onofrio kepada America TV.</p> <p>Sebelumnya Presiden River Plate Rodolfo D’Onofrio menuduh Madrid telah bertindak tidak jujur dan tidak hormat karena melakukan pendekatan diam-diam kepada Palacios, yang kabarnya juga diminati Barcelona.</p> <p>Palacios memainkan debutnya membela River pada usia 16 tahun dan kini telah dua kali membela Timnas Argentina.
